What is the culture that your company has versus what you want it to be? This last week Adam had this thought and it lead him to an epiphany, if your clients are looking for the cheapest offer then they’re not your clients. Do people go to Walmart because they love their products? No. They go because it’s ONE of the places that is the cheapest. If this is starting to describe your business then you might want to listen in and check your culture.
