What do your employees want? 

Individualizing employee rewards can be very challenging. 

In a past episode, we spoke about Understanding Your Audience. This notion is particularly important when it comes to determining what do your employees want in their rewards program. 

Different demographics want different things from life and.  This is nothing new or revolutionary.  But, as a leader, it is essential to understand who your employees are and where they are in life (what stage of life).

Every stage of life demands differing needs and that will affect what employees want from a rewards program.

What an employee is paid will also drive what they want. 

As an example, a 20-year-old may not want a grocery gift card, but maybe they will want electronics (Amazon or Best Buy).
