When we expect our partner or another person in our life to know what our needs are and then fill them, we are in a codependent relationship. We may not know that we are in a codependent relationship. I know that I did not know. Until I did. Once I became aware, I realized how awful codependency feels. I think it feels so awful because what we are actually doing is giving away our self-agency. It’s SO passive. I have lived this. And I’ve also healed it. Join me as I share about my codependent journey and what it takes to come into the Self, WHOLLY.
