This is a soft yet powerful sleep meditation - really good if your looking for a sleep meditation that is easy to 'get into' and will have you floating off to the sound of waves after the initial semi upbeat intro. 

I use breath awareness and coming inside the body in all of my sleep meditations to slow down the mind and put all of my students into a state of relaxation - this one is gorgeous enjoy - and please comment, like and share with your friends and loved obnes of you like it - and im pretty sure you will.
