We all need to pay attention to each aspect of our life. Listening to our bodies allows us to set healthy boundaries and take care of ourselves. Prioritizing and making to-do lists can reduce our stress. However, there are times we need to just relax and “chuck” the list we have created for the day and be ok with that. We also need to recognize that we need to include “having fun” on our to-do list every day. There are times we need to detach ourselves from the serious side of life so our joy is not stolen.
