• Develop leaders who do not deal with gossip or drama. They will sniff it out and stomp on it.
• Do you talk about how you don’t tolerate gossip in your company? 
• Do you engage with gossip?
• Bring all parties together to discuss the situation

You will lose respect from your team if you don’t attack gossip head on.
