Only the people that are not senior citizens ask me this question. Seems to be understood as a normal statement or opinion for most seniors.

Learn to be aware of your state of mind and being and don’t shy away from asking for help. A person with a problem is hard to overcome, but a person with no one around to help can destroy us, please talk with those that will listen.
