When I first discovered I was highly sensitive, I could only see the negatives. I hated the way I thought in so much detail and how I always wanted to know why. I hated that I cried so easily and that people could me *too* sensitive. 

However, through talking to other HSPs, training in coaching and NLP, it opened up my mind to the strengths and gifts of being highly sensitive. Now I want you to know how to embrace who you are and really see your strengths in being highly sensitive.
