Today, I am joined by Dr. Pat Davidson. Aside from his credentials, there is so much intelligence, passion and drive that Pat brings to life and this conversation. If you want to learn about the many athletes that Pat has trained or what really goes through his mind when coaching an athlete, then this is a must listen. One of Pat's many credentials includes a P.H.D in Exercise Physiology, but on a more important note, we both attended Bridgewater State University for our undergraduate degree in exercise science. One of Pat's classmates is actually Mike Holmes who I had interned for, for roughly two years.
