Carly Anderson attended the first ever coaching skills training program offered in Australia in 1998. Three years later, she married an American coach and moved to the United States. She was MCC certified by 2004, and has been an active ICF MCC and PCC Assessor ever since. On May 27, 2021, she (finally!) reached 100 MCC coaches she has mentored that have passed their MCC exam.
Carly has coached extensively in organizations, including 450 managers and high potentials at Google, Inc. with a focus on their communication, collaboration and relationship skills.
