What does Low Mortgage Rates mean for 2020

I consider myself a Native Houstonian. Born in Georgia but living here since before I was a year old, I think that's close enough.    I am a big Fan of what Houston and Surrounding areas have to offer.  I live in Sugar Land, TX but I've had the luxury of living in different parts of Houston.
