Sales Were Down in April, What Does That Mean for May 2020?

I am here to talk to you about Single Family Homes. What to do during these uncertain times in 2020. So, I know that many of us are not quite sure what's going to happen in the next year in a year and a half with the market. What's gonna happen with the stock market? What's gonna happen with the real estate market? What's gonna happen with our jobs? What's gonna happen? Just we don't know, we're all on the same boat. There's a lot of uncertainty. But the reason why I wanted to talk about this is because I know that there are a group of people that are itching to buy something right now..

 I just want to give you a Real Estate Market Update of what is going on in the Sugarland, Missouri city and Houston, Texas area as of April 2020. I know there is a lot of uncertainty with the virus and everybody staying home and businesses are closed. And of course, there's been changes in the Stock Market and everything else.. So, just to kind of give you an idea of what is currently going on..

I just wanted to talk about the mortgage rates for 2020. In case you haven't heard our interest rates are at an all time low. Since this past year, we are down to depending on how many years for a 15 year to 30 year mortgage between 3.3 to 3.6%.
