I’m hearing many people out there have gained weight over the last 4 months

The concerns and fears about this pandemic has led to many of us staying inside.

Not exercising like we have in the past. 

 

The short-term comfortable of food or drink has worn off. 

 

Now time has passed and one thing is clear. This “THING” is not going away quickly AND some depression or even despair may have set in.

 

 

What are we to do?

 

The retired Navy SEAL Jocko Willink is asked this question all the time when it comes to starting a fitness program or just getting into shape.

 

“Where do I start. How do I start.”

 

His answer is so simple, yet from him with the certainty in his tone of voice… he’s easy to believe.

 

“HERE, AND NOW!”

 

You start here and now. You don’t over think. You get after it and good things will come.
