Authentic Living

What does Quantum Physics have to to do with Change in Organizations?

Listen Later

In this episode, Roxanne Derhodge chats with Ravi Tangri, an expert in organizational leadership. They discuss the challenges CEOs face, crisis management, the fallout of downsizing, and the importance of good PR. They delve into the role of shared purpose, consensus building, and the co-creative process in leadership. The conversation also touches on OpenSpace Technology and the power of intuition.

Organizations and organizational change are incredibly complex, and Ravi Tangri mastered complexity in his first career as a quantum physicist. He learned that the secret to complexity is to find the simple pressure points where you apply tiny pressures and the whole system changes. It's not about trying to control everything and over-complicating it all. This is the lens he has used as a change agent, both within organizations and as a consultant for nearly three decades to help organizations navigate complex change.

Ravi has an MSc and MBA and has earned his Certified Speaking Professional designation.
