Did you know that some people dream in black and white? Or that you only dream about people you’ve seen before (on TV or in real life)? And what are lucid dreams?
Years ago, Hugo told me about lucid dreaming. I had never heard of it before, and he explained to me that it’s a state in which you can control the direction of your dream. Oh, and, Tim Burton does it too. It sounded cool but I never got into it. This afternoon, Hugo talked about dreams with me again: the different types and meanings of dreams, sleep paralysis demons, and he even shared his best and worst dream. If you want to get to know Hugo and I better, through our dreams, give this one a listen.
And in case you think the topic doesn’t concern because you “never dream”: the average person dreams 3-5 dreams per night but we tend to forget when we’re stressed out.
