What is up guys!! Welcome back to another episode where we discuss and go over what truly drives muscular hypertrophy or muscular growth. Hopefully by now people understand that always lifting heavy is not necessary to cause muscular growth and adaption.

It is certainly one aspect to take into consideration and has its time for programming but is it the most important? What about volume and proximity to failure? A lot of research supports the agenda that we can build muscle anywhere between the 6-30 rep range as long as weekly volume is accounted for.

Even more research supports the idea of proximity to failure being as important if not even more important than how much you are actually lifting. Regardless listen to the episode to find out more and at the end of the day it all comes down to personal goals and programming.
