I’ve already been asked about creating a version of my book, What Drives You, for a high school and college perspective. Which is fitting, as the impetus to write my book came from my desires for my adult kids. I realized what I most wanted for them was to know…what they want. To understand what they value and why, for themselves. And to commit to it. I want them to spend their days working at something they care about and to understand their core abilities and desires that they can fulfill in many roles. I want them to have joy and fulfillment.
