What foundation are you setting in the morning sis? 

  •  Write out 2-3 things you enjoy or could see yourself enjoying or would like to do

Yoga, praying, reading, listening to a podcast, meditating, or affirmations 


  •  How much time you set aside to set your foundation in the morning

5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 20 minutes
No more than 30 minutes especially if you are new to this. 

  • What days can you set aside Pick 1

Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Tuesday, Thursday 

  • Name your alarm if you can. "If not NOW when?" "Pour In"  "Foundation Time" or pick your own. 


  • Set your alarm 


Decide which activity you want to do look it up and BE READY!!!!
