Reception: the act of receiving, welcoming, or accepting something/someone.

When it comes to God's love and receiving, there's nothing you have to do to earn it, it's not transactional, you don't have to be performative, you don't have to people please, suppress or strive, all you have to do is have a willing, open and honest heart. - how freeing is that?

+ breathe & take that in as truth. +.

it's ohkay to receive and the more you let this belief permeate within your being, the easier it'll become to openly receive, not only from God but from people as well and if I can be honest, I'm still actively learning how to receive.

God is teaching me that I don't have to be performative or do anything to earn his love nor the love from another person, I can just simply be and when I allow myself to rest in that - it's becoming easier for me to relax and be ohkay with openly receiving, not only from God but from others' as well.
