Rounding off a busy Sunday of E3, we had Square Enix Presents Summer 2021, the home of all things Final Fantasy. And you bet your spiky Anime hair there was plenty of Final Fantasy to be seen, but surprisingly, the star of the show was Star-Lord and pals, in a shock deep-dive reveal of Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy game, coming 26th October 2021! Square Enix also revealed a Final Fantasy VII Battle Royale. No, really.

Other titles featured at the Square Enix Presents showcase included: Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin; Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster; Legend of Mana remake; Marvel’s Avengers Black Panther expansion, ‘War For Wakanda’; Hitman Sniper: The Shadows; Nier Re[in]carnation; Final Fantasy VII The First Soldier; Babylon’s Fall; Life is Strange Remastered Collection; and Life is Strange: True Colors.
