Bryan Fischer here with today’s Life and Liberty Minute. The Electoral College will meet on December 14 to pick a president. With all the legal confusion due to election fraud, what if it can’t produce a winner on that day? According to the twelfth amendment of the Constitution, if no candidate gets a majority of the Electoral College vote on December 14, the election is sent to the House of Representatives to hold its own election. And the House is to do so “immediately,” on that very day. Each state delegation in the House gets one vote. The good news for Trump supporters is that Republicans have a majority in twenty-six state delegations and Democrats just twenty-two, with four delegations evenly split. If delegations remain faithful, the House will send Donald Trump back to the White House by a vote of twenty-six to twenty-two. How does that sound?
