this is my favorite episode to date & a message I want to reach every single woman I know. a message that serves as a reminder, a space to ground into truth, & to reconnect with our power. this is not an “us vs. them” conversation - I am not here to discuss men versus women. I am here to discuss the role that women play & the irreplacibility of that role. for a long time, I did not know this to be true in the way that I do now. part of my purpose is to help guide us, especially women, back to ourselves — it starts with knowing where we’ve come from & what the world around us shows us about who we are. this episode is a combination of all my favorite things — history, science, psychology, self-awareness, & love.
