We received a message from a Leaving Cert student who’s always dreamed of becoming a vet. Now, as they’re filling out their CAO, they’re facing the reality that the points might not be there - and moving abroad isn’t an option because they’re a carer for one of their parents.  

It’s a situation so many people can relate to: when a goal you’ve built your identity around no longer feels achievable, how do you let it go without feeling like you’ve failed?
