When I was 40 I was stopped in a shop where a, what I at the time thought, rather large lady saw me struggling with a pram and said in sympathy, "It's not easy for us larger ladies." This stopped me dead, I'd never thought of myself as a "larger lady" but looking in the mirror when I got home I could only agree with her.

As a result of this conversation I decided to get fit, a decision that would lead to much more than I ever thought possible at the time and taught me more about business than possibly any other period of my life...this is the story of that story!
