What I Learned after 45 Days at Real Broker

In this new episode, I share what I've learned in the first 45 days after leaving eXp Realty and joining Real Broker. 

I'll lay out a few of the benefits of Real Broker, including what surprised me about the revenue share program, the company-wide culture, and the technology. I'll tell you about what I believe are some pretty exciting opportunities for financial growth, such as the Real Wallet project. 

I'll go over what I learned about seizing opportunities, some mistakes I made as a leader, being selfish in a healthy way, and recognizing when the grass is truly greener on the other side.
