In this episode Gabriella - CEO & Founder of soul excelsior - joins me for a discussion about personal development, how her journey with spirituality started and her awakening process. This is another spiritual awakening podcast but not in the traditional sense (if there even is such a thing) this spirituality podcast focuses on how to heal yourself and answers the question - am i on a spiritual path ? And what is soul excelsior?

We also talked about how to heal mental wounds, how to heal emotional wounds and healing childhood trauma. We touched on the problem with adhd medication as there seems to be an epidemic of mental illness sweeping through the West. The problem with add medication is that it doesn't treat the cause, it only treats the symptoms - which is why children need coaching and highlights the problem with pharmaceuticals.
