I've been in this job for five years, and I have learned so much about who I am, who I want to be, the hills to die on, and how to get through to the end of the shift.

There are so many things I wish I could tell baby Alexis when she was starting in the field. Even though there's much more I still need to learn, listen as I try to bestow some helpful advice as I hit the 5-year mark in the field!
