Do you hide your true feelings, afraid of people knowing the real you? Is your standard response to everything “Good” or “I’m fine”. What if the year 2022 was a year where you could embrace yourself and others just as they are. Ok or not ok. No judgement, just love and understanding. I was compelled today to focus again on mental health even though it’s not glitz or glamour. But it’s about time we change the stigma on mental health and realize it’s ok to not be ok.
