This week has been heavy with personal stressors and nationwide chaos. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed, and stressed and let negativity consume you. But, there is always perspective. And this week for me, I realized real quick that my problems are not near as big as what other people are facing. Perspective helps keep us grounded. It levels out our crazy emotions. In today’s episode I offer suggestions of how to start your day with intention, gratitude and perspective before your feet hit the ground.
