But, sometimes not comparing is easier said than done. Today, I bring back my husband Jeff as we talk through how the comparison game can be detrimental to happiness, growth, and can increase jealousy. Look, being comfortable feels good. We have control of the situation and a handle on our emotions when life is coasting along. But if you never challenge yourself are you really growing to be the best version of yourself? I dislike jumping out of my comfort zone because I’m giving up control and we all know I like to know what's coming. So sometimes when I won’t challenge myself I need someone else to call me out and make me uncomfortable. We can’t let fear control us. We can’t let that voice inside of our head talk us out of trying new things. Listen to this episode on how I have been challenged and how I survived.

I can’t wait to see the outcome!
