Although the studio doors have since closed I’m reflecting on the journey of Essence of Life — from the dream that started in 1996 to the community that grew far beyond the walls of any studio.

At one point, my coach asked me to dream bigger… and I realized something powerful.

I had already created it.

Not just a space — but a community. A ripple. A movement of love, growth, and connection that doesn’t disappear just because a building changes.
