There are many decisive battles to be found across the Warhammer world, epic conflicts that decide the fate of entire nations or even the world at large. One such conflict that took place many centuries ago is only vaguely remembered by most as the Black Plague Wars. A terrible conflict when the Skaven Under-Empire attempted their most infamous uprising against the Empire of Sigmar. After unleashing the horrible disease known as the Black Plague, the decimated remains of the Empire found itself mostly enslaved and crushed underneath the unholy might of the Great Horned Rat's children. However, rescue came in the form of Mandred Skavenslayer, hero of Middenheim who would go on to become Emperor. But with just a simple little push or alteration of destiny, the course of Fate's river can change. What if...the Skaven had won?
