"The Apex Court on 19th April, 2018 has rejected the batch of pleas that sought an independent probe into the mysterious death of CBI Judge BH Loya. Altogether the bench comprising of the Chief Justice of India Dipak Mishra, Justice AM Khanwilkar and Justice DY Chardrachud today observed that there is no merit in the case of Loya’s death.
