In the summer of 2021, I completed my professional coaching training course. After that, I started coaching clients on and off while working. During that period, although I helped many people overcome obstacles and receive gratitude from clients, I often felt confused. I didn't know how to handle some of the issues that arose during coaching, which led me to doubt my suitability for this profession.

Doubt and fear didn't help in such situations; the only solution was taking action. So, in April of this year, I joined the Academy for Coaching Excellence (ACE) and embarked on over a year of professional training. Now that I have finished taking all courses, I feel a transformation in my coaching skills and the confidence to help more people!

In this podcast episode, I was interviewed by the ACE, where I shared my personal journey of overcoming coaching challenges. I hope it can inspire those interested in the coaching profession and looking to enhance their coaching skills, as well as those who face difficulties in taking action!
