2019 for most of us, me included, brought many challenges. For me, 2019 was loaded with self-discovery which at times felt like self-destruction. During The Coach Peggy Show debut, I will share, and I am sure at times a bit emotionally, my personal and professional journey unearthing decades of not feeling like I was enough or deserving or proud or - well...fill in the blank. I will also share highlights and stories I have experienced during my 30 years in the health, wellness, fitness and medical industries.
