Love is patient, love is kind. Love does not envy, is not boastful, is not arrogant, is not rude, is not self-seeking, is not irritable, and does not keep a record of wrongs. Fallen people will inevitably fail to love perfectly. Jesus not only loves perfectly, but is the very source of the most authentic love there is. If ever there was a message concerning love that applies to all people regardless of their situation regarding Valentine's day, it's this: the love of Jesus is better than any love you could hope for on earth.
