In this first episode of the Establish The Man Podcast, I explain the core ideas, mission and vision of Establish The Man. That vision is to provide a platform and pathway for men of all ages to grow into the men they were never taught how to be. Establish The Man provides a coaching and counselling framework for men to find the inspiration, motivation and transformation they need to become highly effective husbands, fathers and members of their community. It is all about becoming “established” in your true masculine power through building personal character and identity. The modern man has received very little training, mentoring, counselling or coaching on the how, who, what and why of being a well balanced man in todays world. Establish The Man seeks to change that by providing high quality and effective information for men to learn how to grow their strength as the masculine presence in their family.
