Hello to the one lady and gentlemen who found your way here! This episode is my first take and first episode of my first ever podcast. It's about 15 minutes of me rambling and talking about what I hope this podcast will be, a little about me personally, and quite a few "Um's".

What is even a podcast?

All things in relation to being a growing human in all aspects of life. We'll cover a broad range of topics including health, relationships, fitness, philosophy, spirituality, and more. 

Some episodes will be me by myself, but many will be with guests and co-hosts who will add more value and depth to the topic of discussion in those particular episodes. 

My only hope for this podcast is that it will be of some value to someone out there in the world.
