  • Episode 031: Relationship Tea with Tanya Roman(Part 4)
Hello everyone! I'm back at it after a really long hiatus of the podcast. I have a clearer vision of what I want this podcast to be for myself and for you, the listener as well. We're going to kick it off right where we left off, but a little different. My partner Tanya is back and in this episode we're actively working through some conflict. This is a raw and vulnerable glimpse into us managing conflict in a healthy and loving way. Please, if you feel so inclined to leave us a review, give us feedback, and share this with anyone you think might benefit from what we do here. Thank you in advance for taking the time to listen, I know just how precious your time is. Episode graphics created by: Tanya Romanyukha

  • Episode 029: The Power Of Presence
This week's episode, I recorded outside so the audio quality might not be the best, but I was intent on capturing this idea of presence and the power of it. This is a simple idea and concept, and yet it is so hard for many of us to execute in our daily lives. I give a couple of ideas about ways you can squeeze this practice in basically anywhere. • Episode 028: 3 Things You Should Stop Doing Right Now
In this episode I talk about 3 things you should stop doing right now. If you were to stop doing these 3 things, you could improve you thinking and being in a positive and meaningful way. When I started to stop doing these 3 things, it opened up a door to so many possibilities and improved my life so much. I don't get it right all the time and you won't either. Because we're human and we fall back into our old patterns. However, the more we notice this and get back on track the better of we are and will be. Thank you for listening and I hope there is something of value for you in this episode, even if it's just a reminder.

  • Episode 024: Using Death As A Tool(Death - Part 2).
In this episode I talk about the idea and practice of using death as a tool in your life. A tool to make better outcomes in your relationships, in your work, and in yourself. The contemplation of death is something that is talked about a ton in philosophy, especially by the Stoics. I have been listening to and reading the works of many of these people. Some of the greatest minds to ever live. Stoicism being the practical philosophy that it is, this concept is actually very useful in our daily lives. I hope you find this episode valuable and can gain something positive, useful, or at least thought provoking in the process. For more content, follow me on social media at: @Becoming___Adam

  • Episode 022: I Am Not Who I Thought I Was
In this week's episode, I try to work out(in my head and out loud) the realization of not always being who I thought I was. Of not always being capable of doing the physical and emotional lifting that I was convinced I could do, until it was actually time to do it. This has occurred many times for me as Spartan racer, athlete, partner, and human. I hope you find some value the message of this episode. Thank you all again for listening.
