• Peloton Interactive (PTON) - Shares rebounded Tuesday morning following a 12% close lower on Monday. Peloton announced it has exited all manufacturing operations for its bikes. The stock was up 5% in pre-market trade.
• Regeneron (REGN) - A play on an upcoming FDA date for the company's COVID-19 antiviral treatment. An FDA panel is scheduled to rule by Wednesday on the treatment.
• Southwest Airlines (LUV) - Ahead of the upcoming earnings season for airline companies (between now and the end of July), an analyst at research shop Susquehanna upgraded shares of Southwest to the equivalent of a buy rating. At the same time, the analyst downgraded peer in the airline space, JetBlue (JBLU), to Neutral.
• Houston American Energy (HUSA) - A sympathy play following news out of Indonesia Energy (INDO). Houston American and Indonesia have been grouped together by traders as both companies operating in the oil and gas space and both stocks are in low-float territory. Indonesia Energy announced the discovery of a possible natural gas reservoir. Shares of Indonesia Energy were up 40% in pre-market action.
• Astra Space (ASTR) - A play on space. NASA will unveil some of its first images from the James Webb space telescope at 10:30 a.m. EDT Tuesday. Visit NASA's YouTube page to see the images released live. Attention on the space industry could create increased interest in space-related stocks.
