What is justice? Is incarceration a form of justice? Are prisons currently accomplishing what they are supposed to accomplish? What are they supposed to accomplish? Should anyone die as punishment for a crime? In this episode, we continue to grapple with the role of the current criminal-legal system in today’s society and ask these questions. We discuss incarceration, the death penalty, and some ideas about alternatives to the current systems of “justice” in our country.
