This episode is about dismantling and detachment from the "Massa Mentality" EGO(an unconscious BIAS, a subconscious programing) that plagues us ALL. Becoming consciously aware and an embodiment of our true essence and authenticity. Theorizing the ROOTS that have adaptived this mental construct and defense mechanism which masks the inner wounds of the ancestral enslaved spirit. Played out in the EGOs false sense of self fueling us with a superficial persona based on mental illusions and imposter syndrome, and Post traumatic slave syndrome. Not ever going deep to unfold the truth of the wounds our ancestors have endured for centuries. *Sidenote this plagues us all just for some it validates their existence vs for others diminishes it. As African Americans due to slavery and the indoctrination of religion our minds have evolved into this self-destructive and negatively centered way of thinking, shadowing everything innately spiritual, cultural and physical about us due to intergenerational traumas passed down from our ancestors and instilled in us through our parents and infiltrated in socialized racism, societal belief systems and prejuduce media depictions. These conditions have forced us to create adaptations of dysfunction that has fueled an internalization of inferiority, guilt, shame, judgement, p.t.s.s and more all out of survival. We have to win the war in our minds to liberate our spirits. "Be ye transformed through the renewal of the mind". We are resilient warriors and this life has equipped us with the tools to heal and triumph to bridge the gap on this journey of self mastery and spiritual ascension. This accompanied with a holistic approach of wellness will give us consciousness to see the tools we've had all along to rewrite our destinies and move forward in this journey we call LIFE. ✌🏾💜🌠 Keep God 1st!
