Network marketing, MLM, Multi-Level Marketing, Social Marketing, Social Retail, Social Selling, there are many names for Network Marketing - at the end of the day it’s a business model.
 
 A business model, but more so a vehicle. A vehicle and an opportunity to create impact, purpose, time freedom, financial abundance, personal growth, whatever it is that you want, whatever it is you’re willing to work for. It is called NetWORK marketing, it involves work, it’s not Netgetrichquick marketing. The beautiful thing is, you have an opportunity to be paid for whatever you ARE willing to work for. You are quite literally paid your worth. Your value based on the impact you make. And you get to decide what that is. You get to decide what you’re willing to work for. No one is telling you how much your worth via a salary.
 
 Network marketing is turnkey entrepreneurship. It allows you to start a business overnight, with low startup costs, often hundreds of dollars versus hundreds of thousands to start up a typical brick and mortar business. It enables you to work to make a profit right away. It also has a system for success in place and an “upline” of mentors to help guide you through a duplicatable system. The product, shipping, customer service, corporate side, that’s all done for you. You get to go be the entrepreneur.
 
 But isn’t it a pyramid scheme? No it’s not. Pyramid schemes are illegal. They are when you invest money, with no exchange of product, and get paid back after other people invest after you. In network marketing, you only get paid on an exchange of actual product. On the flip side, you have the opportunity to leverage yourself and your impact beyond just your network by building a team. You will be paid based on the sales volume of yourself and your team.
 
 Network marketing isn’t perfect, but it is an incredible way for anyone to start a business, focus on adding value to others, growing themselves, leveraging their impact and making money along the way.
