In this candid interview, live from The LifeCo Wellbeing Center in Bxodrum Turkey, Sash shares his story from growing up in war torn Iran and his colorful experiences traveling through India and living on an ashram, to finally finding his home along the seaside village of Turkbuku in Turkey. We also share our own personal experiences of following the signs that brought us both to the same place in the world along our spiritual path.
Similar to Tai Chi, Qi Gong is personal life force energy work that has been around for thousands of years. Its an ancient form of healing yoga that can be practiced by anyone regardless of flexibility, age, or physical disability. The sequences are slow purposeful movements choreographed with focused intention. Basically, its an effortless moving and activation of healing energy that benefits anyone who tries it.
