In this episode, Binisha and I discuss her wellness journey. We discuss her real account of the benefits of yoga, meditation, Muay Thai and positive thinking/power of affirmations. We also discussed the impact that social media was having on her own mental health and the benefits of taking a social media cleanse and how for some people that can be a really powerful way of finding yourself. Bini talked very powerfully of how that social media cleanse then empowered her and provided her with the much needed time and space to decide how she wanted to serve the world and her IG page is dedicated to self love and people empowerment.
