Solopreneur is a visionary individual who builds his business from scratch, runs the whole operation, takes the risk, saying BYE to the many major traditional forms of the business world – ALL ALONE! It’s completely different from an entrepreneur wherein we have other employees, investors, and infrastructure to support. However, solopreneurs never intend to hire employees, rather love to spend time in production and doing work for long hours. Entrepreneurs are more towards management and push themselves to build a team, and network outside their brand to expand the business as soon as possible. According to me, any high-skilled individual who has a will to draft his or her own brand could lead to solopreneur term. However, many of us would move ahead to be called entrepreneurs by hiring employees and accepting the traditional forms of business building. I would love to call myself “Solopreneur” as everything is handled by me. Either finance or other services. however, I can always opt for contractors or outsource some of the tasks. There are a couple of reasons, I always wanted to work alone first, before creating a team. Doesn’t matter how many books or classes you take to understand the brand, business, management etc. EXPERIENCE speaks louder. That’s why I always craved to taste the whole process of shaping up a diamond from the raw rock. The effects of being a solopreneur are way impressive than you could ever imagine, let me list down 3 major advantages: Building a Personal Brand Holding a Strong Vision Being Your Own Boss The objective of today’s article is to bring the importance of this term “Solopreneurs”. It has some amazing characters to lead, and a great life on your own terms. I would urge everyone to taste it at least once in life, don’t shoot for success over passion. As an individual, you will inherit great characteristics, survival skills. It can’t be learned or bought from any university or corporate on this planet.
