Are you in a healthy relationship?  In this episode, we explore the difference between an unhealthy trauma bond relationship which is filled with abuse, volatility and pain and a healthy loving relationship which is filled with mutual respect, stability and trust.  Those small things that fill you with anxiety or fear in the beginning of a relationship need to be acknowledged and addressed because they can become huge problems or even abuse if we ignore them.  Some relationships are so unhealthy and filled with trauma that we need to walk (no, RUN) away even when it is difficult to leave.   Although we both have expereinced abusive and disrespectful relationships in our past, we share how putting the work in on ourselves to build self esteem and confidence has led both of us to healthy and loving relationships.  Listen to gain insight about what a healthy relationship can be for you.
