‏Dhu'l Qarnain = ذو القرنين = The king with two horns
It will depend on the function of this word in the sentence, as Arabic has declensions and the word “dhuu” is one of five words in Arabic that show declension by changing the last letter of the word, which is a long vowel.
Here are some example sentences:
ذكر ذو القرنين في القرآن ‎‏Dhu'l Qarnain was mentioned in the Quran
‏هل تعرف ذا القرنين؟ Do you know ‎‏Dhu'l Qarnain?
شاهد صورة ذي القرنين He saw the picture of ‎‏Dhu'l Qarnain
‏نظرت إلى ذي القرنين I looked at ‎‏Dhu'l Qarnain
