This week the high court heard arguments in a case addressing whether the individual mandate is legally valid and whether, if it is not, the entire ACA must be declared invalid.

This is one of the first blockbuster cases the court has heard this term. And its decision could affect how and whether tens of millions of Americans obtain health insurance.
