The Space Court Foundation is an education and outreach nonprofit that promotes and supports space law, policy education, and the rule of law for the new Space Age.

At this year's International Astronautical Congress (Sept. 18-22, in Paris), they will present the Haley Project. This multi-media series honors Andrew G. Haley, the first "space lawyer" who was instrumental in the drafting of the Outer Space Treaty.
